Acceptance

By creating an account or using SnapStats, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must use a Gmail address you control. Usernames must follow the app's username rules and must not impersonate others or violate rights.

NFL Data And Content

SnapStats provides sports statistics, scores, standings, news-style insights, predictions, and related information for personal informational use. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, its teams, ESPN, Google, Apple, or Supabase unless explicitly stated.

No Betting Or Professional Advice

Predictions, matchup previews, and insights are informational and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not betting, gambling, financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the information.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attack the service, scrape at abusive rates, attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the app in ways that violate law or third-party rights.

Premium Features

Premium status is controlled by the app owner. The web version may show ads through Google AdSense. If paid features, subscriptions, trials, or native mobile ads are added later, the app listing and these terms should be updated with pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and ad-disclosure details before those features are offered.

Advertising

The web version may include Google AdSense advertising. Do not click ads for the purpose of generating revenue, ask others to click ads, use automated ad interactions, or interact with ads in any deceptive or artificial way. Ads must not be mistaken for app navigation, stats controls, download links, or required actions.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account from the Account screen. Deleting an account removes the authentication user and associated profile data, except where limited retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, a new acceptance request.
